  • Do I need to be home during my service?

    No, you do not need to be home during the service. Just make sure your trash cans are accessible, and our team will take care of the rest. We’ll leave your cans clean and ready for use.

  • What would prevent my trash cans from being cleaned ?

    • A significant amount of trash left in the trash can during the scheduled cleaning day. Cleanings are scheduled on the same day the the trash and recycle cans are emptied in an effort to keep trash from collecting in the bottom of the trash and recycle cans.
    • Paint, Oil, and Grease ! Upon pre inspection if the trash can is determined to have enough paint, oil, or grease inside of the can that would damage the cleaning equipment the trash can will not be cleaned and you will receive a message why the trash can was not cleaned.
    • Any type of feces

  • What happens if my trash cans aren't cleaned?

    You will be notified by email why your trash can were not cleaned.

  • Why does it matter what is in my trash can in order for it to be cleaned?

    First and foremost the reasons listed that will prevent your cans from being cleaned will contaminate the water rendering it unsafe. At Can-Cleaner it is our mission and we take great pride in proving an eco-friendly service. Second, the equipment used during the cleaning process is extremely expensive to repair or replace.
